Repeated follow-up
Chasing the same items week after week turns cleaning into another item on your list.
For property managers · Toronto & the GTA
A written checklist for every property, one accountable contact, and routine quality inspections — so standards hold across your portfolio.
Most cleaning problems come down to consistency, responsibility and communication.
Chasing the same items week after week turns cleaning into another item on your list.
Standards that drift between visits or between staff make a property harder to present.
When nobody obviously owns an issue, small problems stay unresolved longer than they should.
Every property has its own hours, access requirements and quiet periods to work around.
Lobbies, corridors and washrooms shape how tenants and their visitors judge the building.
Scopes change, consumables run down, and service records and invoicing still need to line up.
Each account is structured around written property instructions, clear communication and an accountable primary contact.
Multi-tenant office buildings, professional office properties, commercial buildings, shared business facilities and other approved managed properties.
Depending on the contract, service may cover common areas, tenant offices or suites, or both.
For condominium and apartment properties we take on agreed common-area scopes. Work beyond the common areas — individual residential units, turnover cleaning or specialized building services — is agreed specifically for the account.
Each property keeps its own instructions and its own written checklist, while you keep a single point of contact across the portfolio. Properties are taken on where the location, scope and schedule suit the account.
Reaching us is straightforward — by phone or email, to a named contact.
Management raises a question, change or concern by phone or email.
It goes to the person who knows the property, not a general queue.
Agreed work that was missed or incomplete is looked into and put right.
Checklists or access instructions are updated when an ongoing need has changed.
Relevant follow-up or documentation is provided where appropriate.
A property scope accounts for the layout, which areas are included, traffic levels, required frequency, operating hours, access, priorities, consumable responsibilities, documentation needs and any property-specific instructions.
Eco-conscious product options can be discussed during the consultation and included in the written scope where appropriate and agreed.
Cleaning can be arranged for daytime, evening, weekend or overnight service, scheduled around building operations and the documented access requirements for each property. Timing is agreed per location, so a portfolio can run on different schedules where that suits each building.
Where it is agreed as part of the account, we can:
Products may include soap, paper goods, garbage bags and agreed washroom or kitchen supplies, confirmed when the account is set up.
Completion reporting and requested photo verification are available as part of an agreed account arrangement. Reporting format and frequency are confirmed when the account is set up, and can be adjusted if what you need changes.
For multi-property accounts the same process is repeated per location, so each property gets its own scope and instructions.
We visit the property and review what it actually needs.
Included areas, priorities, traffic and access are agreed.
Checklist, schedule, access instructions and proposal are prepared for that property.
Contacts, reporting, check-ins and invoicing arrangements are confirmed.
Service starts, with inspections, check-ins and adjustments as needs change.
