We collect only the information you choose to send us — through a form on this site, or by contacting us directly by phone or email. Depending on the form, that may include your name, your company or organization, your email address, your phone number, the city and any address you give for the property, the type of service you are asking about, your preferred timing, and any details you write in your own words.
Only your name, one contact method — an email address or a phone number, whichever you prefer — the city, a short description and your consent are required. Everything else is optional, and a form is never rejected for leaving an optional field blank.
Please do not send alarm codes, lockbox codes, building-security details, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or assessment, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about the service you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes, and who handles it
This website runs on Wix, and the forms are Wix forms. That means:
- Wix acts as our service provider. Wix.com Ltd. hosts this website and operates the forms, so a submission passes through and is stored on Wix's systems on our behalf. Wix stores this data on servers outside Canada, and it may therefore be accessible to authorities in the countries where those servers are located. Wix's own handling of it is governed by the Wix privacy policy.
- The business owner is notified of each new enquiry and reads it in the Wix dashboard.
- Sending an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list.
- A copy remains in the Wix dashboard so we can find your enquiry again when we reply.
This website does not process payments, and no payment information is ever requested or accepted through it.
If a submission fails
You will only ever see a confirmation once your enquiry has actually been received. If delivery fails, the form will tell you so and give you our phone number and email address instead — it will not show a confirmation and quietly discard what you wrote.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, prepare a quote, and administer any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the details below.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Wix sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site and its forms to function. If website analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected before that change takes effect.
