What the clean achieves

From finished construction to a space you can show

The build is done. What is left is dust on every surface, residue on the finishes, and a deadline to present the space. That last stage is the work we take on.

Ordinary construction dust removed

Fine dust settles long after the trades leave. We work through accessible surfaces, ledges, trim and floors within the agreed scope, lifting it out of the room.

The finished work is what gets noticed

Glass, floors, fixtures and built-ins are cleaned so the finish shows.

Ready for handover, presentation or occupancy

The space is prepared for a client walkthrough, a tenant handover or a move-in — the state the project is being judged in.

Coordinated around the project

The clean lands where it belongs in your programme.

Who we work with

Clients and projects we serve

Commercial and renovation projects

We work with general contractors, renovation contractors, project managers, real-estate professionals, commercial property managers and owners, and business owners preparing a renovated space.

  • Completed office and commercial fit-outs
  • Interior renovations of commercial premises
  • Finished spaces being prepared for handover
  • Renovated business spaces before reopening

Project size, site condition and suitability are confirmed at the site review before anything is quoted.

Residential renovation projects

Homeowners completing a renovation — a kitchen, a bathroom, a basement or a whole-home project — can arrange the same detailed clean before moving back in.

Project stages

Cleaning stages we take on

Projects arrive at different points, so we select the stages that fit the job. Most projects use one or two of them, agreed at the site review.

Rough clean during construction

Cleaning at an agreed construction stage, within a defined scope, while work is still in progress.

Final post-construction clean

The main detailed clean once the construction or renovation work is complete.

Detailed finishing or handover clean

Close attention to presentation areas before the space is handed over or shown.

Touch-up clean

A follow-up visit after remaining trades, deliveries or minor work have finished.

Pre-occupancy or turnover-ready clean

Preparing a completed space for occupancy or turnover, where that suits the project.

Residential renovation clean

The same approach for a completed home renovation, scoped to the finished areas and the date you need them ready.

Coordination and site requirements

Schedules, access, sequencing and work around other trades are confirmed during planning, so the clean lands at the right point in the programme.

  • Site access, keys or escort arrangements
  • Timing around remaining trades and deliveries
  • Sequencing, so finished areas stay finished
  • A named contact for the project
  • Confirmation of what the contractor is removing
  • Site rules and access requirements provided in advance

We follow client or contractor site rules where those rules and access requirements are provided to us. If your site carries specific credential, induction or equipment requirements, raise them at the site review so we can confirm the arrangements with you before the work is scheduled.

Consultation and proposal

How a post-construction quote is prepared

Post-construction pricing depends on the state of the site, so it starts with seeing it. The site review is free and defines the written scope before a proposal is prepared.

  1. Review the site

We look at the project stage, site condition, surfaces, access and the schedule you are working to.

  2. Define the scope

Included rooms and tasks, debris responsibility and safety requirements are agreed and written down.

  3. Prepare the proposal

You receive a customized scope and proposal for that project, not a standard package.

  4. Confirm coordination

The details covered above are put in writing and confirmed before we start.

  5. Complete and review

The agreed cleaning is completed, and visible deficiencies within the scope are reviewed with you.
