Ask for a time that suits you
Put down a preferred consultation date and time if you have one in mind, or leave it and we will agree a time with you. Either way we confirm the time with you directly before it is arranged.

Receive a customized scope and quote
Once we have seen enough of the property or project, we put together a scope and a quote built around it.

What to expect
Pricing and the final scope are prepared once we have seen enough of the property. The same building can need very different work depending on how it is used, so the quote is built from what is actually there.
The consultation is free. Once we have both agreed the location, the schedule and what the work involves, everything is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
For post-construction projects, most sites need an on-site assessment. For smaller or straightforward projects, photographs, drawings, square footage and a detailed scope may support an initial estimate, though we may still need to see the site.
